About Us

Transform the next phase of your career

Change is challenging and yet essential. Coaching enables individuals to respond to change in a way that is intentional and that leverages their own abilities and capacities to greatest advantage. A coaching engagement offers a safe and collaborative space for individuals who are facing change in their organizations, their roles, or their personal situations. A customized coaching program helps clients define goals, articulate vision, explore and generate options and determine pathways to intentional change. Through coaching, clients uncover their own untapped potential and strengthen their capacity for reflective learning from challenging situations. Coaching conversations are focused on the goals and objectives of the client as well as the contexts in which the client is operating. Change is inevitable and coaching offers individuals an avenue for thinking and acting proactively and constructively.

Francine Campone, Ed.D, MCC, coaches mature individuals in diverse sectors who are experiencing professional and personal transitions. She supports coaches seeking to grow their professional skills through reflective experiential learning.

How Coaching Works

Because each individual is unique, I customize coaching offers to fit the needs and interests of every client. Individuals interested in exploring coaching set up an initial conversation to test our compatibility and partnering potential. The core of that conversation is learning about the client, the client’s journey to the present and the client’s vision for the future. Based on that conversation, I follow up with a summary and proposal for how we might work together, including logistics and fees. To get started, the client receives initial exercises to help clarify goals and objectives, reflect on strengths and challenges and lay the groundwork for the engagement. Coaching conversations take place on a regular schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, once a month) according to the client’s needs and the details of the agreed upon coaching plan. I employ diverse coaching approaches and materials from best practices and research according to the client’s needs and preferences.
