My Background

Francine Campone

I am a reflective thinking partner who coaches professionals to make constructive transitions in work roles and personal circumstances. For over 30 years, I’ve coached leaders to clearly articulate vision; generate engagement and commitment; and facilitate change within organizations. I’ve helped leaders change from confrontational to collaborative styles and to effectively hold difficult conversations.

I am a PCC and MCC assessor for the ICF, an approved ICF Mentor for those certifications and I hold a Diploma in Coaching Supervision. My approach to coach development is based on an orientation to reflective adult learning. I partner with coaches to learn from their experiences and deepen their capacity for growth and self-development.
