Coach Supervision

What if you woke up tomorrow a deeper, fuller and more authentic coach?  What would that mean for you? What would that mean for your clients?  Coaching supervision offers a supportive, reflective space in which to explore who you are as a coach, who you are when you coach and how your coaching presence influences your work with clients. Together we engage in a deep, exploratory reflection on your coaching experiences and support you to open new pathways in your work. The Mentoring Relationship:

As a coach mentor, I partner with coaches who have a goal of PCC certification, certification progression to MCC or who are seeking a deeper and broader coaching repertoire. Mentoring supports coaches to align with professional standards and competencies and to meet requirements for certification. The mentoring process includes a formal agreement, review of recorded and transcribed coaching sessions, collaborative discussion and written feedback. The process is supported by my experience as a coach educator, ICF mentor and ICF assessor.

Coach Supervision:

Coaching takes place in a sea of complexity. Supervision offers coaches a supportive space in which to reflect on and learn from their experiences; develop deeper understanding of systemic and relational dynamics; and generate greater possibilities in service to their clients and client organizations. The supervision space enables coaches to experiment in safety and to develop habits of reflective learning that support on-going personal and skill development. A key maxim in supervision is “who you are is how you coach”; this is the exploration of supervision.

Mentoring

As professionals, we are continually polishing our skills and abilities. In mentoring, I draw upon years of experience as a coach educator and ICF assessor to provide clear feedback on recorded coaching sessions. I spotlight the most effective aspects of your coaching and help you identify learning edges and opportunities.   More importantly, mentoring is a dialogue and in our mentoring conversations, we explore choices and help you amplify your coaching toolkit. In the mentoring process, I review a recorded session and transcript, offer specific and detailed observations and engage with you in a conversation to support your learning goals.
